Terms & conditions
Last updated: May 2026
These terms govern any booking made with Emna Excursions, a Moroccan travel agency licensed by the Ministry of Tourism. Please read them before confirming a booking.
1. The agency
Emna Excursions SARL is a travel agency registered in Marrakech (Patente n° 51902417, ICE 002847301000051), licensed by the Moroccan Ministry of Tourism under licence n° 14/2017.
By making a booking — by email, WhatsApp or through the form on this site — you accept these terms.
2. Bookings & confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once we send you a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp. The submission of a booking form alone does not constitute a binding contract.
We reserve the right to decline a booking that we cannot operate safely or legally (e.g. overbooking, restricted area, weather).
3. Prices, payment & deposit
Prices are quoted in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) per person, all-inclusive of vehicle, fuel, driver-guide and applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified. Lunch, optional activities and tips are excluded unless explicitly listed as included.
We accept payment by bank transfer or in cash on the day of the excursion. No payment is required at the time of online booking.
4. Cancellation by you
You may cancel a confirmed booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the excursion.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable unless we are able to re-book the same slot, in which case we will issue a full refund.
5. Changes & cancellation by us
We reserve the right to modify or cancel an excursion for reasons of safety, weather, road closure, illness of the guide, or force majeure.
In such cases we will offer you either a re-scheduling at no extra cost, an alternative excursion of equivalent value, or a full refund of any sums already paid.
6. Insurance, health & liability
We hold a professional civil liability insurance policy covering our operations as required by Moroccan law.
Travellers are strongly advised to take out their own travel insurance covering medical care, repatriation, lost luggage and personal accident. We are not liable for personal items lost or damaged during an excursion.
7. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by an event beyond reasonable control, including war, civil unrest, strike, natural disaster, public-health emergency, or government restriction.
8. Conduct & responsibility
Travellers are expected to follow safety instructions, respect local customs and listen to the guide's directions.
We reserve the right to interrupt an excursion in case of conduct endangering the group, the guide, or third parties, with no right to a refund.
9. Photography & social media
We may take photographs during excursions for use in our portfolio and on social media. If you do not wish to appear in such photographs, please let your guide know at the start of the day.
10. Complaints
Any complaint should be sent in writing to emnatours@gmail.com within 30 days of the excursion. We commit to acknowledge receipt within five working days and respond substantively within fourteen.
11. Applicable law & disputes
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts of Marrakech.
